Reflection
The part of this lesson that I found useful was the idea of searching for subject terms. I will definitely use them in my current and future research. I will use Boolean and subject search terms in my future research that I plan doing for grad school. For example, If I have to research how a certain drug affects the different parts of a cell I will use the AND function of Boolean searches—ex “drug” AND “cell pathway.”

I do not have any questions about using Boolean searching or subjects terms.

  1. Hi Danny, this all looks good. You don't need the quotation marks around single words, although sometimes people do this to keep the database from automatically matching to similar words, plurals, or alternative spellings.--Sam
